Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $100.
- Orders under $100 ship at a flat calculated rate, shown at checkout before you pay.
- Orders are picked and packed from our store at Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise, Florida.
- Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day generally ship the same or next business day.
- You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
We keep prices low by moving stock quickly rather than absorbing return shipping and restocking costs, and this is the trade-off. Because of it, we take sizing seriously:
- Every product page carries a sizing note for that specific model — whether it runs large, small, narrow or true to size.
- The size guide converts between US men's, US women's and EU.
- If you are between sizes or unsure, email info@essentclub.com before you order. We will tell you honestly what to take, and we would rather talk you into the right size than sell you the wrong one.
- You are always welcome to come try the pair on in person at Sawgrass Mills.
Damaged or incorrect items
If we ship you the wrong item, or it arrives damaged in transit, that is on us — email info@essentclub.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right at our cost.
